Vijisun Energie is hiring executives to support client coordination, project documentation and daily operations as we grow our solar, wind and hybrid installations across the region. This role suits candidates who are organised, communicate well and enjoy working directly with customers and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients on enquiries, follow-ups and after-sales support
• Assist with project documentation, quotations and scheduling
• Liaise between office and field teams to keep work on track
• Maintain records, reports and day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with MS Office / basic computer work
• Proactive, dependable and willing to work from our Hubballi office
